Managing of HR team- hard & soft HR
Shaping, improving and supervising all HR processes such as: Recruitment, Onboarding, L&D, Comp & Ben, Payroll, Employer Branding
Supporting Managers with management challenges, advising on best HR practices at different stages of the employee lifecycle
Designing and managing talent development programs, succession plans up-to-date with market trends
Being the main point of contact for all People matters, answering questions and addressing concerns
Creating and maintaining company HR policies and responsible for process and process optimization
Supporting the organizational culture changing process and taking care for its proper implementation
Leading and promoting a culture of communication, transparency, cooperation, innovation and a friendly workplace
Cooperation with employee’ representatives
Responsibility for the HR budget
Responsibility for the training budget
Reporting directly to the Board
Our requirements
A minimum of 5 years of managerial HR experience, with at least 2 years in an international company in regional role
Strategic thinking, as well as experience with developing and implementing HR strategies (ability to operate at both strategic and operational level with high attention to detail)
Strong supervisory and leadership skills with proactive and hands-on approach
Experience in managing all areas of HR including planning and budgeting, talent attraction & management, learning & development, rewards & payroll and internal communications
High skills in management, motivating, coaching and supporting the development of the team
Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
Up-to-date knowledge of local and global HR market, with emphasis on latest trends and possible application to support business growth and employee well-being
Positive attitude, and drive for results
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Successful experience in cooperation with employee’ representatives is a plus
