Responsibilities
- Curate & manage HR knowledge: Organize policies, processes, and best practices into accessible repositories.
- Analyze HR data: Use AI tools to generate insights on workforce trends and HR metrics.
- Develop AI prompts: Create and refine prompts for HR-related AI use cases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with HR, tech, and leadership teams to align AI initiatives.
- Ensure ethical AI use: Monitor for bias, fairness, and compliance in AI applications.
- Drive adoption: Support change management and training for AI tools in HR.
- Continuous improvement: Stay updated on HR tech and recommend enhancements.
