For our client, we are looking for an HR GPS Advisor to join a dynamic HR Shared Services team supporting employees and managers across multiple European countries.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted HR point of contact, handling employee lifecycle processes, HR transactions, benefits administration, and policy-related inquiries while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and outstanding customer service.

What you will be responsible for:
- Managing HR transactions related to benefits, leave administration, employee data, and other HR processes
- Supporting employees and managers with HR-related questions, policies, and procedures
- Maintaining accurate employee records on Workday and ensuring data integrity
- Providing guidance on HR self-service tools and systems
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence, HR Technology teams, and external vendors
- Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and service delivery
- Participating in HR audits and supporting compliance activities
- Contributing to regional HR Shared Services projects and engagement initiatives
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or a similar role within a multinational organization
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Experience working with multiple European countries
- Familiarity with European labor laws (e.g., Poland, France, and other European markets)
- Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday
- Strong communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information
- Fluent English
- Additional language skills in French, Spanish, and/or Italian are highly desirable
