Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive management of personnel documentation throughout the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, employment changes, offboarding).
  • Independent handling of HR processes, including preparation and updating employment documents.
  • Providing support to employees on current HR and administrative matters.
  • Managing Płatnik payroll system for HR‑related tasks.
  • Data entry and updates in the HR system (enova365).
  • Coordinating legal employment processes for foreign nationals.
  • Preparing reports, analyses and compilations for HR and management.
  • Ensuring proper circulation of HR documents and compliance with Labor Code, GDPR, and internal policies.
  • Co‑creating and implementing HR procedures, regulations, and policies.
  • Initiating and executing process improvement actions (e.g., digitalization of documents, optimizing HR procedures).

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR or HR & payroll (full HR service experience preferred).
  • Practical knowledge of employment law, payroll rules, social security, income tax, GDPR regulations.
  • Experience with enova365 and Płatnik software (desired).
  • Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Analytical thinking and excellent self‑organisation skills.
  • Autonomy, responsibility and teamwork orientation.
  • Strong communication and focus on high‑quality employee service.
  • English at least B1 level (preferred).
