We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our People & Culture team. This position offers significant potential for growth, and in it, you will:
Maintain the HRIS (BambooHR), employee records and documents.
Coordinate and assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
Support payroll processing in coordination with payroll vendors in Poland
Assist with HR documentation, monitor contract expiration and probationary reviews.
Conduct annual updates on employee records (holiday entitlements updates, year-end holiday closeout, benefit reviews, etc.).
Support M&A initiatives and assist with integrations.
Manage the onboarding and offboarding process across the Group.
Support employees with a range of queries related to policies, procedures and benefits.
Monitor, review and update HR policies.
Manage benefits plans and benefits platform.
Assist with administrative tasks.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and various People initiatives.
Support the Talent Acquisition team on the recruitment process as needed.
Be an ambassador of a people-centric culture and driver of company values.
Assist with other projects as assigned.
Our requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
Solid understanding of employment law and payroll processes in Poland.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
High attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Hands-on experience with HR systems.
A tech-savvy, self-starter mindset with a flexible and solution-oriented approach.
Passion for people, culture, and process improvement.
Experience supporting multi-country teams or remote-first companies.
Previous involvement in M&A or change management projects.
