As the Business Partner responsible for the location in Lodz, you will provide comprehensive advice and support to managers and employees.
You will also work on international projects, be responsible for recruiting and be the central point of contact for the headquarters in Hamburg.

Our requirements
You have a degree in HR, business or a comparable qualification.
You also have relevant experience in HR, including holistic consulting for specialist departments.
You also have experience in supporting organizational development and change processes, as well as in the recruitment of specialists.
Good knowledge of employment law, a confident handling of Microsoft Office and very good English skills round off your profile.
You are characterized by a high level of consulting competence and service orientation, as well as a future- and solution-oriented way of thinking.
You also have strong organizational and communication skills.
