HR Business Client Assistant with German language.

Key responsibilities of the position:
- Personal data management
- Daily work with employee records
- Provide customer service, in accordance with policies and procedures
- Assist in the creation of documents and their correction
- Approving and processing benefit applications and other requests, issued by employees
- Reviewing applications for accuracy and correcting them if necessary
- Assisting in the creation of payroll and accounting for overtime
- Providing data for payroll and verifying it
- Managing data and specialized employee systems
- Reporting for business client needs
The employer expects:
- communicative knowledge of German
- Communicative knowledge of English
minimum required level B2/C1 for both languages - Experience in customer service and administrative work
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday, during standard hours
- Willingness to develop professionally in the direction of HR
