HR Assistant with German
Kraków

Responsibilities:
- Provide information and resolution to issues pertaining to calls and emails and provide high-quality and exceptional customer service in HR areas
- Perform HR data entry into Workday and resolves Service Now tickets
- Maintain documentation policy, company practices, and procedures, create process maps
- Perform tasks as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications and skills (mandatory):
- English - B2
- German - B2
- 3-12 months of experience in Customer Service / HR services / Administration
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
Nice to have (optional):
- SAP or Workday experience
- Microsoft Office skills
