Responsibilities:

1. Preparing analyzes and reports on HR indicators
2. Preparing employment budgets and salary reviews
3. Building a unified reporting system
4. Preparing data for financial reserves and payroll data, including settlement of working hours and bonuses
5. Supervision of the established remuneration structure and job levels, as well as their updating
6. Participation in the implementation of new data analysis and payroll systems, including recommending modern solutions

Our requirements:

1. Higher education, preferred in the field of economics / finance / management / HR
2. Experience in working in a position related to HR analyzes (especially in the area of remuneration)
3. Practical knowledge of processes such as budgeting, salary review and knowledge of labor law
4. Experience in project work improving HR processes
5. English at a level enabling free communication
6. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
7. Highly developed analytical skills, including the ability to draw conclusions from analyses performed and recommend solutions
8. Independence in action and taking own initiatives
