Job Overview: Join IRC Poland as our HR & Operations Manager, where youll lead Human Resources, Administration, and Operational support functions. This pivotal role ensures compliance with IRC policies, local labor laws, and donor requirements—while championing staff wellbeing, operational effectiveness, and organizational alignment across IRC’s European offices.

This role offers a fixed monthly salary of 12500 PLN gross, aligned with our internal compensation framework and the responsibilities of the role.
