We are seeking a proactive HR & Administration Specialist to handle an even balance of human resources and administrative tasks (50/50). You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HR policies, enhancing administrative operations, and coordinating recruitment efforts, primarily through agency collaboration. This is a mostly office-based role, with one remote work per week.



HR Responsibilities (50%):

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries and fostering positive relationships with team members.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for contractors and team members to ensure a smooth transition and effective knowledge transfer.
  • Monitoring and maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations, proactively adapting policies as needed.
  • Organising team members integration initiatives and team-building events to promote collaboration and strengthen workplace culture.


Administrative Responsibilities (50%):

  • Maintaining accurate records and managing documentation related to contracts and vendors.
  • Overseeing office management tasks, including procurement of supplies and facility maintenance and handling office correspondence
  • Managing travel arrangements and scheduling meetings as required.
  • Assisting with financial requests and maintaining budgets for office supplies and events.



Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably within a tech startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English is required, as both the interview process and day-to-day communication within the company will be conducted in English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems
  • Familiarity with web3 or gaming industry tools is a plus.
