HR Administration Specialist with German

My client is a global provider of technology and consulting services, specializing in digital transformation and innovation. Key responsibilities:

• Process & support Hire to Retire transactions
• Respond to escalated issues from HR professionals, and HR managers
• Supports TL in training, daily reviews and escalations resolutions
• Supports TL in training, daily reviews and escalations resolutions

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English & German 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration process
• User knowledge of HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday
