This is a hybrid position based in the Poznań office, requiring attendance in the office 2–3 times per week.

Responsibilities

  • Installation, configuration, OS support of Windows, Linux, macOS with iOS tablets and phones
  • Ability to install the required software
  • Support of IP telephony hardware configuration (IP‑telephony, laptops, smartphones)
  • Repair of PCs and laptops (assembly of computers, diagnostics, replacement, disassembly/assembly of laptops for cleaning, testing)
  • Local network laying, configuration, maintenance
  • Users workplace preparation
  • Ability to manage users accounts (creation, deletion, modification)
  • Setting office equipment (printing, scanning, etc.)
  • Local and remote support to users from different locations
  • Selection and ordering of hardware and components, their installation and configuration
  • Consulting and training of users

Requirements

  • 1+ years of commercial experience
  • Windows Server setup, understanding forest architecture, AD, DNS, RDP
  • Azure Settings, Azure AD
  • Knowledge of postal services
  • Excellent knowledge of PC components, understanding of compatibility, and optimization
  • Ability to work with logs, debug error reports
  • Troubleshooting at the software level
  • Working in a UNIX shell, basic commands
  • Working in CMD Windows, basic commands
  • Knowledge of IP telephony
  • Working with ACS at the administrator level
  • Polish - Upper‑Intermediate or higher
  • English - Intermediate or higher
  • Ukrainian will be a plus
