Key Responsibilities:
Marketing and Growth Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on growth within the IT sector, with an emphasis on IT outsourcing services.
- Define KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness, focusing on ROI and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Analyze the IT market, trends, and competition to identify new growth opportunities, especially in outsourcing and technology partnerships.
Growth Marketing:
- Design and execute growth hacking campaigns that maximize user acquisition and retention, with particular attention to IT industry channels and trends.
- Test and optimize various marketing channels (PPC, SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.) for growth effectiveness, taking into account the nuances of the IT sector.
- Implement tools and technologies that support marketing automation and the personalization of user experiences, tailored for the IT outsourcing market.
Team Management:
- Lead the marketing team, ensuring the right structure, talent development, and effective project management in line with IT industry requirements.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to coordinate efforts for unified growth, especially in projects involving IT outsourcing and external partners.
- Set priorities, allocate resources, and monitor team performance to ensure alignment with IT-focused growth goals.
Analysis and Reporting:

- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies, adapting them to the companys strategy to stay competitive in the IT outsourcing.
