Your responsibilities

Role Overview

The Head of Marketing (Growth) will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy that maximizes user growth, revenue, and customer engagement. This role involves leading the marketing team, executing innovative growth marketing campaigns, and collaborating with other departments to achieve key business objectives. Additionally, a strong understanding of the IT industry, particularly IT outsourcing services, and experience in working with external technology partners is essential to drive growth in this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Growth Strategy:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on growth within the IT sector, with an emphasis on IT outsourcing services.

- Define KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness, focusing on ROI and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

- Analyze the IT market, trends, and competition to identify new growth opportunities, especially in outsourcing and technology partnerships.

Growth Marketing:

- Design and execute growth hacking campaigns that maximize user acquisition and retention, with particular attention to IT industry channels and trends.

- Test and optimize various marketing channels (PPC, SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.) for growth effectiveness, taking into account the nuances of the IT sector.

- Implement tools and technologies that support marketing automation and the personalization of user experiences, tailored for the IT outsourcing market.

Team Management:

- Lead the marketing team, ensuring the right structure, talent development, and effective project management in line with IT industry requirements.

- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to coordinate efforts for unified growth, especially in projects involving IT outsourcing and external partners.

- Set priorities, allocate resources, and monitor team performance to ensure alignment with IT-focused growth goals.

Analysis and Reporting:

- Regularly monitor and report on marketing activities performance, recommending corrective actions based on insights specific to the IT and outsourcing services market.

Use analytical data to make informed decisions regarding the optimization of marketing strategies within the IT sector.

- Prepare reports and presentations for the management team on growth progress, with a focus on IT outsourcing achievements.

Innovation and Experimentation:

- Initiate and conduct A/B experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and processes, especially those targeting IT services and technology partners.

- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies, adapting them to the companys strategy to stay competitive in the IT outsourcing.

- Introduce innovative solutions that distinguish the brand in the IT industry and among technology outsourcing competitors.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial position with a focus on growth marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Deep understanding of growth hacking strategies and their practical application in IT services, particularly outsourcing.
  • Proven experience in managing marketing teams and executing large-scale campaigns within the IT sector.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions, especially in IT outsourcing.
  • Familiarity with marketing and analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel), with an added advantage for experience in tools tailored to IT services.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovation in solving problems and managing campaigns within the IT outsourcing context.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in collaborating with external technology partners and stakeholders.
  • Fluent English and Polish proficiency (minimum B2 level), enabling smooth communication with international and polish partners in the IT industry.
  • Experience in the IT industry, particularly in outsourcing IT services and collaboration with external technology partners, is a must.
