If you’re ready to take the lead in driving brand's global growth - join us and make an impact Requirements: Proven experience in a senior marketing roles - for global B2B market Solid understanding and experience with search engine marketing - especially SEO and content marketing Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive business growth Experience managing agency relationships and collaborating with freelancers High work ethic with hand-on attitude, covered by an analytical mindset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English is a must) An open mind and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bonus points: Knowledge and/or experience in packaging sector Key Responsibilities: Lead by example, actively mentoring and working alongside the marketing team to foster creativity, optimize performance, and support individual Directly manage relationships with external marketing agencies, contributing to the development and execution of campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. Take a hands-on approach in overseeing key marketing activities such as content creation, SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, digital marketing and offline initiatives. Collaborate closely with sales, operations and product teams, contributing to business discussions and ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with goals and market demands. Stay involved in monitoring market trends, the competitive landscape, and customer insights, identifying real-time opportunities to refine marketing strategy. Analyze performance metrics and marketing KPIs, using data to actively guide decisions and make ongoing improvements to campaigns and strategies.
