We are looking for a leader who will build and scale the digital backbone of HR — connecting systems, data, and tools to enable better decisions and a seamless employee experience across Polpharma.





What you will do:


  • Own and evolve the HR systems ecosystem (Workday, Absorb, Qualtrics and beyond)
  • Shape a coherent HR data approach and enable decision-ready insights
  • Ensure a simple, intuitive digital experience across HR platforms
  • Build and lead a high-performing HR Digital team
  • Partner with IT (integration & architecture) and HR teams to deliver scalable solutions


Our expectations


Experience & education



  • Master’s degree in HR, Business, Digital, IT or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in HR technology, digital HR or transformation roles
  • Proven experience with HR systems (Workday)
  • Experience in leading teams and driving change in complex organizations
  • Experience in project management




Skills & capabilities



  • Strong ability to connect HR, business needs and technology
  • Good understanding of HR Processes, data, reporting and analytics
  • Experience working closely with IT and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to simplify complexity and drive adoption of solutions




Leadership & mindset



  • Strategic, but execution-focused
  • Acts as a product owner, not a system administrator
