As the Head of European Credit BI, you will:
oversee the development and execution of data strategies that drive business performance
support credit risk management and help our teams make smarter, data-backed decisions
lead a team of talented analysts, empowering them to deliver high-quality BI solutions that mitigate risk and fuel business growth
responsibilities :
Lead and mentor a high-performing BI team to deliver actionable insights
Develop and implement a business intelligence strategy to support credit risk management objectives
Create and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to guide operational and strategic decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, compliance, IT) to provide analytical solutions for credit risk challenges
Manage the development, optimization, and maintenance of BI/DWH systems to ensure top-notch performance
Establishes and ensures adherence to methodologies for all phases of BI solution implementation
Supports both end users and IT operations of BI solutions
Drive the change management process, prioritize BI/DWH requests, and ensure compliance with internal methodologies

Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a data-driven environment
Strong knowledge of Home Credit business model
Strong English language skills
Proficiency in business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, and data analysis software such as SQL, Python
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers
