Description:

Darkex is becoming one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges in Europe with hundreds of incoming corporate customers. We are on a mission to achieve the mass adoption of cryptocurrencies and would like you to join us on this journey!

* Relocation to Tirana / Albania is mandatory

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience within the crypto exchange (CEX) niche in the KOL Marketing/B2B sales/business development capacity, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  2. Experience of prospecting, building, and managing a sales pipeline.
  3. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to multitask in order to set priorities and meet business targets.
  5. Customer-centric attitude with excellent presentation skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to understand customers’ business requirements and find solutions to their pain points.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop working relationships at all levels.
  8. Well accustomed to a client-facing role, understanding industry sensitivities and market environment.
  9. Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) or similar.
  10. Basic knowledge of KYC/KYB and AML policies, and B2B customer onboarding process.
  11. Energetic and passionate about cryptocurrencies, trading, and blockchain technology.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate leads, negotiate commercial terms, and acquire new business customers.
  2. Develop a sales pipeline and engage with potential customers at all stages of the sales funnel.
  3. Build customer relationships to maximize long-term revenue growth.
  4. Together with the account management team, facilitate customer onboarding in line with the accepted KYC/KYB policies and procedures.
  5. Work closely with our internal teams to develop growth plans and ensure delivery of the agreed business targets.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to engage with prospects and convert them into qualified leads.
  7. Provide inputs and timely feedback about customer needs, market trends, and the competitive environment.
  8. Be a subject matter expert when it comes to the company’s products and services.
  9. Upsell and cross-sell other company products to build engagement and share of wallet.
  10. Achieve the agreed KPIs when it comes to transaction volume and revenue.
