This position is located in Cracow.

Responsibilities

  • Design and justify harnesses;
  • Specify harnesses and connectors;
  • Analyze client technical requests;
  • Verify product specifications and ensure compliance (conformity matrices);
  • Draft and verify qualification procedures for subassemblies;
  • Support and review detailed design work from the design office;
  • Refine product definitions and verify qualification procedures;
  • Define serial test lists;
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks;
  • Draft test instruction sheets for recurring products

Requirements

  • Knowledge of connector technologies;
  • Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard;
  • Mechatronics expertise;
  • Electrical insulation management;
  • Testing methods and tools;
  • Basic understanding of EMC;
  • Effective communication in English (written and spoken)
