Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hardware Design Engineer in our R&D based in the Cracow Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Hardware Design Engineer will be responsible for designing electronic hardware, developing hardware architecture and overseeing the entire hardware development process. The role involves collaborating with top class Customers, cross‑functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements for complex electronic systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hardware Development/Electronics Hardware Design, and Hardware Architecture
• Experience with Circuit Design and Hardware Design processes (3 years+ is mandatory)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to optimize designs for performance and reliabilityEffective communication and teamwork abilities, particularly in interdisciplinary teams
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Experience with industry standards and compliance requirements is beneficial.
