Recruitment for
- RealTimes is a future-proof media company with cutting edge online platform and engaging off-line event platform. Were a promising media startup with ambitious plans and support from other companies in the Group.
Your responsibilities
- Your Role = You own growth + Youre scaling a platform + Youre orchestrating growth, not building from scratch.
- ● Growth strategy & execution: Define metrics (MRR, subscriber growth, retention, event attendance). Own the targets.
- ● European events expansion: Scale whats working. F2F meetings are the moat.
- ● GTM platform optimization: Work with existing platforms. Improve flows, analytics, conversion.
- ● Community growth: Convert engaged community into loyal RealTimes subscribers.
- ● Team building: Hire operators as needed. Small teams, ruthless prioritization.
- ● Partnerships & channels: Identify synergies, distribution channels, expansion opportunities.
Employer requirements
- Scaling track record: Youve contributed to rapid growth with small budgets. Youve done more with less.
- Growth operator: You speak fluent metrics. You move based on data and customer signals.
- English (close to native): You communicate clearly internally and with stakeholders across Europe.
- AI Native (this is mandatory): Claude and Claude Code: Youve used these to solve problems or build quick solutions; n8n automations: Youve built or optimized workflows; ChatGPT/Perplexity: Part of your daily toolkit
- If you havent touched at least some of these, this isnt the role.
- Can-do energy: You solve problems. You dont escalate. You find the way forward.
- Remote-ready: Work from anywhere in Europe. Were distributed.
