We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Group Procurement Project Manager
to lead procurement initiatives across local markets and support group-level excellence programs. You’ll act as a key link between central and local procurement teams, ensuring strategic alignment and compliance with sustainability and regulatory frameworks such as SEDEX, EUDR, and ESG.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement projects across markets, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment.
- Coordinate between central and local teams, maintaining clear communication and accountability.
- Monitor supplier compliance with SEDEX, EUDR, and ESG standards.
- Track project progress, KPIs, and supplier data using procurement tools.
- Drive process improvements and supplier performance.
- Support and coach local procurement teams and cross-functional partners.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers/auditors.
- Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the procurement network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sustainability, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, project management, or supply chain.
- Experience with SEDEX, SMETA audits, and/or EUDR compliance is a strong plus.
- Solid project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Coupa and Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus
- English B2/C1
