What You’ll Do

  • Drive advanced financial analysis by integrating multiple data sources to deliver deep business insights.
  • Lead complex forecasting and budgeting processes, incorporating macroeconomic factors and business dynamics into your models.
  • Develop and optimize sophisticated financial models to support critical decision‑making and long‑term planning.
  • Serve as a key financial partner to senior leadership, providing guidance on financial strategy, resource allocation, and long‑term sustainability.
  • Lead financial deep dives to uncover inefficiencies and identify value‑creation levers across the business.
  • Translate complex financial concepts into clear and compelling recommendations for an executive audience.
  • Leverage advanced analytics, automation, and AI‑driven insights to enhance financial modeling and reporting capabilities.
  • Establish best practices in financial reporting and champion data governance efforts to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 5‑8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or a related analytical field.
  • Expert‑level financial modeling skills with a proven ability to design and optimize models for accuracy and scenario planning.
  • Demonstrated experience advising senior stakeholders and executives on financial strategies that drive competitive advantage.
  • A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to identify high‑impact financial opportunities and risks.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; you can translate data into a clear narrative for any audience.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to build cross‑functional partnerships that align financial goals with overall business strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA is highly preferred.
