Are you passionate about promoting and improving the health and wellbeing of our people? Do you thrive in a fast paced, innovative, impact focused team working to make a real difference? As the Global Health and Wellbeing Programme Lead for Mental Health, you will join an established team focused on designing, managing, and evolving global health and wellbeing programs to enhance the health, wellbeing, and performance of GSK employees. In this role, you will have the opportunity to truly make a difference in the lives of our people and the impact they can have improving the lives of 2.5 billion people globally.
To lead the design, management and evolution of our global mental health and wellbeing programmes. From training programmes to individual and team interventions to relevant self‑service tools and resources (e.g., Mental Health Matters training, Team Resilience, etc.) to enhance the health, wellbeing and resilience of GSK employees. The Global Employee Programme Lead for Mental Health will play a pivotal role in driving GSK’s Mental Health and wellbeing initiatives through effective partnership working internally and externally. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive global programmes to reduce stigma, promote preventive approaches to maintain good mental health and wellbeing, improve early detection, and access to relevant tools and resources.
