Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an individual ready to take responsibility for leading and implementing the Global Delivery Simplification Transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with Operations and Technology teams to ensure the core pillars of the program are fully adopted and operational requirements are clear, tested and support execution of the strategic goals.

Your new role

As a Global Delivery Simplification Senior Manager, Vice President you will:

  • Gather business requirements for manual activities and drive automation.
  • Lead adoption of new technologies and systems; Identify and implement automation.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals; Create the product roadmap and drive to execution.
  • Support creation and monitor strategic objectives in line with corporate goals and support execution of annual program Objectives and Key results.
  • Assess value, develops cases, and prioritizes stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
  • Drive the design and implementation of new operating model for specific operational processes.
  • Work closely with product management, senior management, and partners in order to create a product that fits the company portfolio.
  • Continuously assess and propose opportunities to enhance strategic processes and controls improvement, and provide recommendations to business on design and application of key controls, procedures and best practices.
  • Promote continuous improvement and cultivating a robust service and control environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, Program and Global Leads.
  • Support systems to manage staffing levels, organizational design, employee welfare, engagement, training, career planning and diversity objectives.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, IT or management disciplines).
  • 7 years of experience in an operational environment within a banking/insurance/financial services organization: preferably operations and transformation as a minimum.
  • Experience on large scale operations transformation initiatives and supporting target state operating models.
  • Strong work-ethic with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
