Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Support Excellence : Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat, delivering timely, effective solutions.
  • Problem Solving : Address product or service-related issues, providing clear and professional responses.
  • Create Positive Experiences : Handle complaints and concerns with empathy, turning challenges into solutions.
  • Product Knowledge : Stay informed on our offerings to ensure accurate information and guidance.
  • Order Management : Process returns, exchanges, and other customer requests efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration : Work with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Need :

  • Fluency in German (C1/C2 level), with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude : Experience in customer service is a plus, but a passion for helping people is key.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to think on your feet and find creative solutions.
  • Self-Motivated : Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
  • Tech-Savvy : Basic familiarity with digital tools, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
