Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Support Excellence : Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat, delivering timely, effective solutions.
- Problem Solving : Address product or service-related issues, providing clear and professional responses.

What You’ll Need :
- Fluency in German (C1/C2 level), with excellent communication skills.
