About the Role :

Join us as a German Customer Support Specialist and be the voice for our German-speaking customers! In this fully remote role, you’ll help deliver top-tier support, solving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Support Excellence : Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat, delivering timely, effective solutions.
• Problem Solving : Address product or service-related issues, providing clear and professional responses.
• Create Positive Experiences : Handle complaints and concerns with empathy, turning challenges into solutions.
• Product Knowledge : Stay informed on our offerings to ensure accurate information and guidance.
• Order Management : Process returns, exchanges, and other customer requests efficiently.

What You’ll Need :

• Fluency in German (C1/C2 level), with excellent communication skills.
• Customer-focused attitude : Experience in customer service is a plus, but a passion for helping people is key.

• Self-Motivated : Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
