Job Description

• Calculate retaining structures and the stability of deep excavations.
• Analyze and stabilize landslides.
• Assess the condition of earth structures for railway and road projects.
• Design and analyze foundation systems, including reinforcement and stability of slopes and supports.
• Prepare geotechnical reports and specifications at all project stages.
• Participate in selecting technical solutions and contribute to project design and implementation.
• Enhance Egis’s technical reputation through publications, conferences, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with technical communities and share best practices within the group.
• Stay updated on external regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain strong technical links with experts and support resource planning and training.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in geotechnical design or related fields.
• Higher education in a relevant discipline.
• Proficiency with geotechnical software (e.g., Geo5, Plaxis, Midas GTS NX).
• Deep knowledge of international geotechnical standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English (minimum B2).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Licenses are a plus.
