We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Backend Developer (Azure) to join our client’s dynamic team, supporting the development of generative AI chatbot solutions that enhance global business operations. You will play a critical role in building scalable, high-performance backend systems that seamlessly integrate with AI models and enterprise systems, transforming business functions like supply chain, finance, and commerce with cutting-edge technologies.

As part of the Global Process Management (GPM) unit, you will collaborate closely with AI architects, chatbot developers, and other professionals to create secure, efficient backend systems that drive impactful, real-world applications.

We expect:

• minimum 3 years of experience in a Backend Developer role
• proficiency in C# and Python for backend development
• experience with Azure Functions for scalable cloud-based solutions
• expertise in building and managing REST APIs for seamless system communication
• familiarity with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps, including CI/CD practices
• experience with NoSQL databases for handling large-scale data
• strong understanding of ETL processes and their role in data integration
• excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and contribute as part of a team
• willingness to mentor team members and share knowledge
• familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Nice to have:

• experience with AI, LLM, or chatbot projects
• knowledge of Bot Framework or similar chatbot-related technologies
• SQL knowledge and experience.

,[creating and maintaining APIs to enable seamless communication between the chatbot and other applications or services, designing, implementing, and managing databases to store user interactions, chatbot responses, and other essential data, collaborating with AI developers to integrate LLM models into the backend, ensuring fast and efficient processing of user queries, ensuring backend systems are optimized for performance and scalability, supporting increasing numbers of users without degradation, implementing robust security measures to protect user data and ensure secure communication between systems, setting up logging and monitoring to track performance, health, and quickly resolve issues in backend systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure smooth operation of the chatbot backend, designing backend solutions to support high-availability systems, collaborating with front-end developers, AI architects, and other team members to ensure seamless integration and operation, documenting backend processes, APIs, and relevant information for team reference and collaboration.
