Responsibilities:

• Lead the Fund Accounting Team (10 members).
• Provide technical and specialist support to the Team.
• Ensure compliance with Fund Accounting requirements and procedures.
• Collaborate with Senior Management and Risk to manage controls effectively.
• Daily management and supervision of the team, including task allocation.
• Respond to queries and requests in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide regular feedback to direct reports based on their goals.

Requirements:

• Have a bachelors degree at a minimum.
• Have preferably 5+ years of relevant experience in the Fund Accounting area.
• Have at least 1 year of experience in team management.
• Proven ability in people management.
• Good understanding of Fund Accounting process.
• Have ability to work effectively and demonstrate initiative.
