About the project

Our Full-stack Developer role is crucial to driving our organization’s success by leading operational improvements for our Cloud platform, which manages a vast network of DC-fast chargers. If you’re an ambitious, quick learner with a passion for software development and experience in **Python**, **TypeScript**, and **Next.js**, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Full-stack Developer, you will:

- Develop and maintain our charger monitoring platform.

- Collaborate in designing innovative features that enhance our service offering .

- Take full ownership of your work with a strong focus on automation and maintaining well-linted, high-quality code.

Our streamlined process involves a single technical meeting (either in person or online) to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

**Work Environment:*

While we value in-person collaboration during the initial phase, we are open to mostly remote work arrangements once you’re familiar with our projects and company culture.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend and frontend systems.
  • Implement and manage RESTful APIs or server actions using Next.js 13+.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in Python or modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Ensure the security and reliability of backend systems.
  • Document system designs and implementation processes.
  • Monitor and manage our network of installed charging stations.

Our requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience developing and maintaining microservices at large scale.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with **Python** (preferably using FastAPI), TypeScript, and Next.js.
  • 4+ years of overall programming experience, including Bash/Shell scripting.
  • 1+ years of experience working with Git, Docker and pytest
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, databases, and web services.
  • Familiarity with security principles and best practices.
  • Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.

Optional

  • A “The future is electric ” attitude.
  • DevOps experience, including deployment automation, scaling, and monitoring.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Digital Ocean.
  • Familiarity with Notion.
  • A good sense of UX design.
  • High motivation, strong determination, and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in technical English, enabling effective communication within an international team.
  • A valid driving license (Category B).
