Position Purpose: Supervise, lead and participate in the design, implementation and operations and support of high-performance Messaging and Market Data middleware and software components.

responsibilities :
Provide technical guidance to the development team.
Assume technical leadership in FIX Protocol related components and APIs.
Work closely with Business development and Support teams for Institutional FIX clients.
Help prioritize team’s work, manage stakeholder and changes in requirements.
Adopt and promote best practices on Software development and teamwork.
Be proactive in anticipating and resolving problems.
Collaborate and provide support to other Dev teams.
Promote good solution quality, automated testing, reliable documentation.

Advanced knowledge and experience of FIX Protocol and ecosystem.

Very good knowledge and industry experience with either .Net or Java development ecosystem.
Proven track record of implementation, configuration, and support of high-performance FIX Protocol solutions and APIs for Trading and Market Data domains.
Practical knowledge of Messaging platforms and their ecosystems, for example Red Hat AMQ, ActiveMQ Artemis, IBM MQ, Solace, RabbitMQ or similar.
Good working knowledge of Linux environment.
Developing applications for Cloud / Container deployments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline or proven years of experience.
