Financial Controller

For our Client – an international organization from the Renewable Energy sector, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of
Financial Controller.
In this role, your duties will include:

• Developing and managing the annual budget to ensure alignment with organizational goals and financial objectives.
• Preparing and updating financial forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Conducting thorough variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted figures, providing insights and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Performing various financial analyses to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and support management in making informed decisions.
• Coordinating with external auditors to prepare necessary documentation and facilitate the audit process.
• Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure adherence to budget and financial targets.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the financial management and overall objectives of the organization.

Qualifications:

• At least 4–5 years of professional experience in financial controlling roles
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Proven experience in project budgeting
• Communicative level of English (min. B2 level)
• Team-player approach, proactiveness and eagerness to expand one’s knowledge
• Self-organization and self-motivation
