We are currently supporting our client - an international SSC organization within manufacturing industry - in the search for a Financial Controller.
This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional who combines controlling and accounting knowledge with the ability to operate effectively in a global environment.
Responsibilities
- Support assigned legal entities in financial reporting and data quality control
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements in line with IFRS and local regulations
- Actively participate in the month-end close process
- Perform financial analysis and provide commentary on results
- Collaborate with external auditors and support compliance activities
- Work closely with SSC teams and business stakeholders across the organization
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support optimization initiatives
Requirements
- Several years of experience in controlling, accounting, or audit
- Practical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting
- Experience in an international environment or within SSC structures
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned areas
- Experience with audits is an advantage
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SAP
- Good command of English
