We39re looking for a Finance Manager who will join our client – production company, based close to Piła.
As Finance Manager you will:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Planning, implementing and supervising the company’s financial strategy.
• Making recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Supervise the accounting team.

• Master39s degree in finance or accounting or relevant field.
• Previous experience, ideally in a production environment.
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
• Leadership/people management skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• ERP39s system knowledge and Excel knowledge.
• Fluent English.
