We're looking for a Finance Manager who will join our client – production company, based close to Piła.
As Finance Manager you will:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Planning, implementing and supervising the company’s financial strategy.
- Making recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Supervise the accounting team.
To be successful in the role, you need:
- Master's degree in finance or accounting or relevant field.
- Previous experience, ideally in a production environment.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
- Leadership/people management skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- ERP's system knowledge and Excel knowledge.
- Fluent English.
