basic salary + fixed bonus (e.g., quarterly, annual)
- Overall responsibility for financial management of the Polish branch in accordance with both local and group standard accounting principles and guidelines
- Applying financial principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports, and ensure appropriate financial control procedures
- Supervising the preparation of financial statements (monthly and annual accounts) in cooperation with external accounting service providers and tax advisors
- Maintaining financial records in accordance with accepted policies and procedures
- Accurately recording and analyzing revenues and expenses
- Ensuring timely completion of all financial reporting requirements
- Managing and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes on a continuous basis
- Monitoring budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with company goals
- Cooperating closely with local management by providing feedback on financial results and proposing areas for improvement. Supporting the sales team in establishing sales conditions with partners
- Analyzing and advising on business operations, including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments, and future revenues
- Collaborating closely with the Regional Country Manager and HQ by providing detailed insights and breakdowns of reported figures, preparing business plans, monthly reports, and reviews. Supporting the business through case analysis and strategic recommendations
Our requirements
- Min. 4 years of experience in a similar, independent role
- Positive attitude in tandem with a strong analytical approach and the ability to work competently under pressure to meet deadlines
- Practical, advanced knowledge in the area of finance controlling
- Comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders and challenging where appropriate
- Learning agility, collaborative spirit and result orientation. Adapt quickly to new challenges and continuously seek opportunities for growth
- Experience with D365 or similar programs (SAP, Navision etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Very good level English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel for business purposes (domestically and internationally)
