Role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Account Executive (Hardware & Software) based in Poland, with a strong focus on field presence and client visits. This role involves regular on-site visits to clients across the North-Central region of Poland; flexibility and mobility are essential.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail landscape and a proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and drive business growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing accounts.
- Work with internal teams (marketing, support, product, etc.) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and support sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure the success of long-term customer partnerships.
- Achieve turnover and gross margin objectives on the assigned sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Architect a comprehensive sales strategy
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Vusion’s solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Actively prospect a portfolio of potential clients
- Develop a portfolio of customers by selling new solutions and services
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Qualifications
- 4–5 years in a similar role with a proven track record in attaining/exceeding sales targets
- Based in North or central Poland (e.g., Warsaw, Gdańsk/Gdynia/Sopot, Łódź, Bydgoszcz/Toruń, Lublin)
- Proven experience selling complex technical hardware and software solutions, preferably to B2B customers
- Fluent Polish and English
- In-depth knowledge of the retail industry
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
