Oras Olesno Sp. z o.o. is part of the Oras Group and a major European supplier of sanitary fittings: market leader in the Nordic countries and a leading company in Central Europe, operating with two strong brands, Oras and Hansa.

For our production controlling team at the Olesno location, we are looking for the position of:

Factory Controller

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and updating QAD product structures, routing, and master data.
• Calculating product costs and transfer prices.
• Analyzing product cost development.
• Monthly item cost revaluation including write-down calculations.
• Developing the cost calculation process to improve efficiency and benefit.
• Preparing the monthly factory result and cost statements as holiday replacement.
• Supporting the process - idea management coordinator.
• Supporting the manufacturing controller team in Oras Group.

Required Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:

• Previous professional experience in production controlling area.
• Previous background in a production company will be an asset.
• Fluent spoken and written English (B2/C1).
• Advanced Excel skills; intermediate is a minimum.
• Accuracy and timely basis orientation.
• Effective communication skills and cooperation with other teams.
• Open and friendly attitude towards teammates and other colleagues in the Group.
• Knowledge of German language at B1 level will be an asset.
