Educational Background: Graduate degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Audit, Risk, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT or identity management roles, with a proven track record in delivering complex IAM projects in large-scale environments.
Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications in security (e.g., CAMS, CIAM, SC-300/900) are highly appreciated.
In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles and industry best practices.
Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory, PKI, SSO, MFA, and Privileged Access Management (e.g., Okta, PingIdentity, Entra AD, CyberArk).
Proficiency in Azure Identity principles and solutions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, particularly in complex IAM scenarios.
Strategic thinker, capable of translating vision into actionable plans.
Adaptable, results-oriented, and proactive in risk management.
