This position is oriented on operational pricing management.
responsibilities :
Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability and sales growth
Analyze product margins and profitability, ensuring that pricing decisions maximize profit while maintaining competitive pricing
Manage pricing tools and pricing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pricing operations.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Category Team, Supply Chain, Vendor Management, Tech Team and Allegro Pricing Team
Conduct pricing experiments and A/B tests to determine the most effective pricing strategies
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience in pricing, analytics, or related roles, preferably in retail and/or e-commerce
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Proficiency in SQL, GCP Big Query, Tableau, Microsoft Excel
Experience in Python will be an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders both in Polish and English
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
Project management and process building skills
