Obowiązki

• Modelling vanilla and exotic transactions and traded events in the information system

• Checking the quality and completeness of the information entered

• Analysing and regulating reported discrepancies,

• Coordinating processing of requests and problem resolution between Front Office and all support functions (e.g., Middle-Office Control, Back-Office, Risk Department, Finance Department)

• Monitoring the life cycle of operations and cross-functional issues

• Participating in the departments cross-functional projects and tasks (e.g., team process automation and convergence projects, production of risk and performance indicators, impact analysis for the development of new activities etc.)

• Participating in the production of risk indicators (KRI) or performance indicators (KPI) for the teams activities

Wymagania

• Student status for the entire duration of the internship

• Proficiency English (French and Polish are nice to have)

• Practical knowledge of MS Office, with particular emphasis on MS Excel

• Technical knowledge of financial products

• Ability to work in a team as well as independently

• High analytical skills with ability to analyze complex information

• Ability to analyze complex situations from multiple perspectives to make informed decisions

• Accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

• Eagerness and ability to acquire new skills, knowledge, and expertise
