Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the consulting and business support teams.
- Creating and managing documentation in line with corporate standards (including proposals, job descriptions, progress reports, candidate presentations, project summaries, and client/candidate correspondence).
- Coordinating recruitment processes—scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and accommodation for candidates.
- Supporting billing and client invoicing processes in collaboration with the finance department.
- Managing consultants’ calendars and coordinating business travel logistics.
- Preparing monthly expense reports and ensuring accurate cost allocations.
- Assisting with office operations: reception tasks, meeting support, quality assurance of documentation, collaboration with IT, and contributing to special projects.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; experience in project coordination is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
- High level of discretion, independence, and professional demeanor.
- University degree is considered an asset.
