Within the Enterprise Sales and Commercial Sales at Dell Technologies, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to Head of Government Affairs – EMEA and join our team in Poland. This can be a fully remote job.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements for EMEA Head of Government AffairsSecures executives time managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, gathering necessary information, providing initial analysis as agreed with the manager.Works under limited supervision on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations under tight deadlines.Produces reports, presentations and briefs. Coordinates special projects and department activities, ex. events organization.Works on problems where facts may be incomplete or in form not readily usable, where further inquiry and investigation is necessary to define problems and proceed. Handles ad hoc requests and queries.Essential requirementsUniversity Degree and at least 2+ years of experience in a similar role.Fluency in English in speaking and in writing.Advanced knowledge of MS Office.Strong writing, analytical and problem solving skills and ability to effectively respond to shifting priorities of a complex nature in a timely manner combined with strong ability to deliver under pressure.Strong organizational skills combined with project management skills as well as ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization including experience working with executive level staff.Here’s our story; now tell us yours Dell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
