As an EUC Solution Architect, you will play a key role in the Digital Manufacturing Backbone (DMB) initiative, leading the architecture and technology strategy for Modern Endpoint Management across manufacturing sites and R&D laboratories. The focus of the project is the transformation of end-user computing environments based on Windows 11, Microsoft Intune, and Autopilot, delivering a secure, scalable, and modern digital workplace experience.

You will collaborate with internal teams, external service providers, and project stakeholders to define architectural standards, drive technology decisions, and ensure successful deployment and transition into operational support.

Hybrid work. Regular presence required in the Warsaw office (Towarowa Street) – minimum 1 day per week or 2 days every two weeks.

Occasional business travel to the UK and Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki (several times per year).

EUC Solution Architect (Windows 11 / Intune / M365)

Your responsibilities

• Define and govern the architecture supporting Modern Endpoint Management solutions across manufacturing and R&D environments.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction to internal teams, outsourced service providers, and delivery partners.
• Drive large-scale Windows 11, Intune, and Autopilot deployments.
• Ensure solutions are optimized for capability, scalability, flexibility, security, and simplicity.
• Oversee testing activities, service transition, and deployment according to agreed project plans.
• Support EUC and O365 technology governance processes and standards.
• Define and maintain architectural standards, best practices, and technical roadmaps.
• Review project plans, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables from a technical perspective.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners to design effective solutions.
• Assess existing technologies, platforms, and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate the impact of architectural changes across systems, applications, and services.
• Participate in vendor, product, and solution evaluations and selection processes.
• Act as a technical escalation point and provide hands-on expertise when required.
• Produce and review high-quality technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IT architecture governance, change management, and service management processes.

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in EUC architecture design, evaluation, and analysis.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / Office 365 architecture.
• Experience delivering large-scale Windows 10/11 and Intune deployments (5,000+ devices).
• Proven experience working as a Solution Architect or senior technical authority within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong technical documentation and review skills.
• Experience working within outsourced and offshore support environments.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain and R&D environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and documentation standards.
• English level: B2 or higher.
• Experience working in GxP-regulated environments.
• Previous experience in global enterprise-scale organizations.
• Background as an EUC, Client, Infrastructure, or Workplace Solutions Architect.
