Your responsibilities
- Responsible for on-boarding new resources
- Provide mentorship to team
- Responsible for performing appraisal for team
- Provide Service recovery for major incidents/P1 tickets through hands-on troubleshooting
- Leadership in handling technical issues and escalations
- Perform Root Cause Analysis for Major Incidents and drive completion of corrective/preventive actions
- Implement service improvement program
- Explore and implement automation bots for delivery team
- Review High Level Design, Low Level design and Acceptance test plans of inflight projects
- Explore opportunities within account for additional CR
- Be responsible for tower specific stay green matrices
Our requirements
- Good command over client operating systems & tools- Win10, 8, 7
- Good command over SCCM 2012 including architecture, implementation, support & troubleshooting
- Expert in image engineering (Build and support) - MDT 2012
- Strong experience in end to end patch management process, software deployment process
- L3 knowledge is remediation activities related to mass deployment
- Expert hands in scripting – PowerShell or any other tool
- Hands on experience on antivirus management, File and Print Services & collaboration Tools
- Expertise in VDI, Mobility, end user experience monitoring tools
- Expertise in assessment, design, build and implement End user technologies stack
- Hands on knowledge in MDM tools & platform management using Air watch, Iron mobile etc.
- Proficiency in building WBS and implementation plan
Optional
- Latest EUC certification on any two technologies – SCCM. MDT, Citrix/VMware VDI, Air watch
- Experience in Cloud (O365)
- Good understanding of Windows platform
- Additional knowledge in other domains such as Wintel, Exchange, Storage, Backup, Database, network, Virtualization & Cluster activities
