• Good command over client operating systems & tools- Win10, 8, 7.
• Good command over SCCM 2012 including architecture, implementation, support & troubleshooting.
• Expert in image engineering (Build and support) - MDT 2012.
• Strong experience in end to end patch management process, software deployment process
• L3 knowledge is remediation activities related to mass deployment.
• Expert hands in scripting – PowerShell or any other tool.
• Hands on experience on antivirus management, File and Print Services & collaboration Tools.
• Expertise in VDI, Mobility, end user experience monitoring tools.
• Expertise in assessment, design, build and implement End user technologies stack.
• Hands on knowledge in MDM tools & platform management using Air watch, Iron mobile etc.
• Proficiency in building WBS and implementation plan.
