• Designing and developing software solutions in C# and Rest API within the Epicor Kinetic ERP system.
• Creating additional applications and IT tools to support the ERP system and business processes.
• Building reports and SQL queries using BAQ, SSRS, and other analytical tools.
• Assisting in establishing and implementing best practices for software development.
• Working in a hybrid model (office/home office) with flexible work arrangements.
• Collaborating with end users to analyze requirements and customize ERP solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Expanding knowledge of new technologies and tools that support ERP systems and business process automation.

• Minimum of three full ERP implementation cycles (preferably Epicor, but experience with other ERP systems is also considered).
• Experience working with Epicor ERP.
• Proficiency in English, allowing for seamless communication in both Polish and international projects.
• Ability to work remotely, organize tasks independently, and meet deadlines without direct supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and business clients.
• Proficiency in SQL, with experience in writing queries and creating reports using SSRS.
• Solid knowledge of C# and Rest API, with experience in ERP application development and integration.
• A proactive approach and eagerness to develop expertise in ERP systems, automation, and new business-supporting technologies.
