Overview

The Delivery Lead is responsible for the successful delivery and execution of continuous system enhancements, productivity and compliance initiatives across the global ERP landscape. This role serves as a key liaison between multiple IT delivery teams, ensuring clear alignment, communication and collaboration to enable the effective delivery of improvements within their portfolio. The Delivery Lead is also responsible for providing regular status and stakeholder updates, leveraging data to ensure progress, risk, and deliverables are clearly communicated and understood across all stakeholder groups. This position reports to the Director, ERP Transformation and is part of the IT Enterprise Applications organization located in Krakow, Poland.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery and execution of systems and IT enhancement initiatives, collaborating with delivery and functional stakeholder teams to ensure the effective implementation of agreed priorities within the systems and IT enhancement portfolio.
  • Maintain and manage in-flight delivery and execution plans to drive alignment and collaboration across delivery and functional teams, ensuring on-time delivery of agreed scope and solutions to support business process improvements and user experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiencies and productivity across the delivery lifecycle, e.g. by facilitating workshops to drive continuous improvement and effectiveness of the delivery process.
  • Support the implementation of standard KPIs and metrics to track progress, deliverables, and impact, from in-flight to implemented initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders of status and impact from the systems and IT enhancements funnel and delivery.
  • Collaborate with multiple delivery teams to support the resource and capacity planning, evaluation, and optimization, to ensure alignment with the wider ERP and delivery team capacity plan.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 3 years of professional IT experience.
  • Working knowledge of project management and governance methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in supporting global enterprise applications spanning multiple countries and business units.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, with a high degree of computer literacy and experience leveraging virtual communication tools (e.g. Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

  • Ability to travel for up to 10% of the time to Cytiva sites globally.

Nice to Have

  • PMI/PMP Certification
  • Proficiency in ITIL processes (including incident, problem, and change management), Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and working with Computer System Validation (CSV) in a GxP environment.
