Implement and execute EO regulations for the relevant countries where IBM has its employee presence.
Utilize knowledge of EO legislation and translate its application to various IBM entities.
Track legislative updates related to equal employment opportunity areas.
Proactively identify risks, support leadership with risk management solutions, and contribute to setting and managing Diversity/EO goals per government requirements.
Support government submissions and audits as per country directives.
Wymagania
At least 2 years of experience of collecting, transforming, and analyzing large amounts of data for government audits, leadership reviews, equity analysis etc.
Advanced Excel, Monday.com, Visio, IBM Cognos for data analytics, retrieval and dashboards
Ability to effectively communicate and manage multiple stakeholders across all levels of the organizations – digitally and f2f
Experience working virtually in a global environment.
