Develop and maintain the architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with the business goals and enterprise strategy
Provide technical guidance and recommendations to project teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of architecture artifacts
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the organisation’s architecture and making recommendations for adoption
Work with engineering teams to develop prototypes and proof of concept applications to prove new architectures and technologies
Collaborate with global teams to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned.
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Extensive experience in enterprise architecture, ideally in the financial services industry
Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities and delivering transformation projects through the effective application of enterprise architecture principles
In-depth understanding and hands on experience with cloud computing, microservices, APIs, messaging and modern architecture patterns
Experience with enterprise-wide integration, including both on-premises and cloud-based systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into architectural designs
Strong communication and presentation skills
Leadership and mentoring skills to guide development teams in architectural best practices.
